How Does Hamlet Laundry work?
It is easy and simple! Just select the required service and choose the dates for the collection & delivery, You do not need to specify what you want to give us for wash or dry cleaning. leaving any instructions for the driver or facility if you have.
The driver will come on your Selected date and time to collect. The driver will tag each bag which can be open by facility only. Each bag will wash separately. We will take care of the rest.
What services does Hamlet Laundry provide?
Hamlet Laundry provides different services.
Laundry service -Wash and tumble Dry: the items of clothing are machine washed at 30 degrees and tumble dried at a medium temperature, You can ask for "Mix wash or Separate Wash "
Mix Wash: All will wash together in one wash.
Separate Wash: Will separate white and dark cloth before a wash & wash separately.
You can ask for Iron after wash.
Dry cleaning & ironed laundry - the items are processed individually, either dry cleaned or washed, then ironed and placed on hangers for you to wear immediately.
You can ask for Folded delivery.
Ironing only - you can send us your clean clothes and we can iron them for you. Please have in mind that ironing will not remove all wrinkles if the clothes are extremely creased. If this is the case, we strongly recommend opting for a "Dry cleaning & ironed laundry" service.
Bedding - Items such as duvets, pillows, blankets, etc, will require a 72h processing time and they will be priced individually.

What is the turnaround time?
You will be happy to know that last 6 months we have delivered 96% of all standard laundry and dry-cleaning within 24 hours. We will always do our best. We will let you know in time if you include items that require a longer time to process, or if there are any delivery charges in your order.
Where do you wash my cloths?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our partner facilities. Each order is processed separately. We have partnered only with high-quality cleaners to ensure your items are treated with the high qualified care.
I am allergic to certain types of detergent-What is my options?
Your safety is highly important to us and we would like to offer you the possibility of choosing between bio and non-bio detergent. Just make sure to let us know while the driver collects, so we can wash it as you want.
Do I need to separate the laundry and dry cleaning items?
Yes, please do. This will ensure everything will be processed as per your requirements. We strongly advise using a separate bag for each type of service you require (laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, etc).
How can you ensure my items won't be damaged?
Your items are handled with maximum care and up-to-date equipment. In the extremely rare case where damage occurs, it will be covered by our insurance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please have in mind that all claims must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Do you wash my clothes together with other people's clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!
Do you clean wedding dresses?
Yes, We do! We have special team to wash the wedding dress. As we know it is soo sensitive and deligated item.
How do I schedule a collection?
If you are a new customer you can book your first order at https://hamletlaundry.com/ or via our mobile app (available for iSO and Android. Just follow the on-screen instructions and you'll have clean laundry in no-time!
I placed an order. What happens now?
Our driver will come to collect your items, in the chosen time slot. If you do not have an available disposable bag for your items, our HamletLaundry driver will provide bags at arrival. You just need to ask them!
What happens if I miss a collection or a delivery?
If you are not home during the selected time slot we will have to add a fee to your invoice for rescheduling the job which is £5. Your driver is paid for every attempt they make, even if you are not there. You can always reschedule your collection/delivery free of charge up to 2 hours prior to your time slot, by sending us a mail to: email@example.com

How can i know how much my order is ?
Although we will only charge your order on the delivery day, using the card registered on your account, we thought you'd like to know what to expect. Our price estimator is conveniently located on our price page, ready for you to use before, during and after booking - there is no perfect time for it, it is perfect at any time!
You can log in to your account and can check the order status. While invoice ready it will come to your invoice section and you can check your invoice.
