Hasan explains: \u201cThis service is available to support elderly who are self-isolating as a precautionary measure and who do not have any symptoms of Covid-19<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cWhen it comes to delivering items, we have instated \u2018contactless delivery\u2019. Our driver rings the bell, drops the bag at the door, steps back for two meters, and ensures that the customer has collected their items before leaving for another delivery<\/em>,\u201d Hasan explains.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The service is offered to applicable residents across London<\/a>, offering both a light and a dark wash to each person, and accepting clothes, towels and bedding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The response so far, Hasan says, has been \u2018amazing\u2019 with over 600 requests. \u201cWe have spent the past few days making sure we have the infrastructure to deliver this, and we\u2019re hoping to reach as many people as possible<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
